Start & End Dates Drive Completion
eCornell courses have defined start dates and end dates. A critical part of self-directed learning is to have a finish line. eCornell courses take 4 to 6 hours to complete over a 2 week period (again at your own pace, but they have a deadline to be completed by). Interaction & Collaboration
eCornell Courses are "cohort-centric." Learners are in the course with a group of of 20 to 30 participants from companies and industries around the world. (Or you can run private cohorts of just your employees). Courses have a discussion board with required discussions which requires the learners to share experiences, best practices, discuss on-the-job application attempts while immersed in the learning and fosters collaboration, interaction and networking amongst the cohort.

Completing a series of eCornell courses will earn one of 20+ Certificates from Cornell University—an attractive carrot to all levels of participant from individual contributor to senior executive. You can also assemble your own Certificate Programs that can be co-branded with your company.
Individual eCornell courses also earn credentials. Each course earns a Letter of Completion and Continuing Education Units. And many of our online courses qualify for credits with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
