eCornell Named to 2011 Tech 200 List of Fastest Growing Technology Companies
Two-year growth rate between 2008 and 2010 places online education provider at #154.
ITHACA, NEW YORK, October 25, 2011 -- eCornell announced today that it has been named to Lead411’s 2011 Tech 200 List of the fastest growing technology companies in the United States. The company’s two-year growth rate of 30% between 2008 and 2010 placed it #154 on the list.
According to Lead411: “This year's Tech 200 list was fiercely competitive. The finalists on our list ranked highest for revenue and growth among all our applicants. In the past we’ve focused on the top 500 companies, but this year we wanted to boil it down to the best of the best; that’s why we whittled it down to 200 companies. Everyone else focuses on 500 companies (Inc., Deloitte), but we want to get laser focus on what makes the top 200 rise up.”
Applicants had to be a privately-held business in the United States, and have earned more than $1 million in the past year.
