By providing participants with a range of assessment tools, including an online 360-degree evaluation, this course builds critical leadership competencies essential to career development and advancement. Linked to Cornell University?s Johnson Graduate School of Management Leadership Model, the online 360-degree evaluation is designed to identify participant?s management strengths and weaknesses. eCornell takes a problem-based approach to learning; our courses are built around realistic case studies and scenarios. This course is self-paced and an eCornell instructor is available to coach students to interpret their assessment results and help ensure their successful completion of the course requirements.
This course is based on an online 360-degree assessment which is administered at the outset of the course. You will be asked to nominate up to ten colleagues to complete online assessments of your leadership capabilities. Your Leadership Assessment will be available during the first module of the course and will form the basis for the creation of your Leadership Development Plan.
