The modern workplace can be a litigious place, rife with potential legal problems. As an HR professional, you need to know the legalities around employment in your company.
This course introduces the interrelationship between Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) laws, Affirmative Action (AA) laws, and practices around Diversity. You’ll work on case studies to get a handle on these laws and issues. You will learn about relevant federal, state, and local laws, and see how they apply to daily operations and special situations at your organization.
