Leaders and managers interpret and utilize financial reports regularly. Reports can help assess the overall financial performance of the organization, a particular department, or even the competition—providing a basis for sound decision making and action.
In this course, participants will learn how to read and interpret income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. By understanding these three principal financial reports, participants can conduct advanced analysis of their firm's financial performance.
